“Absolutely love this place! The food and service is perfect, we absolutely loved our Old Fashioned and Amaretto Sour. The tiramisu dessert was absolutely perfect. They were open until 9 on a Wednesday in early June and we stayed a while and enjoyed the historical atmosphere with our travel buddies. Side note: the adjoining historical hotel is gorgeous.”

“We had a great dinner and then later really enjoyed sitting at the bar visiting with Kelsey and everyone else! Dietary restrictions: They accommodated my not being able to eat dairy.”

“After checking out several other highly rated lunch spots in Silverton we happened upon the Lacey Rose Saloon. What a delightful place! Bright, sunny, immaculate restaurant that feels like the age old saloon it is. Lacey and her husband are the proprietors and Lacey plays ragtime and old west piano when she’s not greeting new patrons. The food was excellent. I especially enjoyed the Mixed Greens with Apricot, Feta and Raspberry Vinaigrette.”

“Nestled in the Grand Imperial Hotel in Silverton. This new offering of excellent food and friendly staff, is a welcome addition to the typical mountain town fair. Fantastic food and drinks await you. If you are lucky enough to have SS as your waitperson, please treat her well. Tonight the fillet, cheesy grits and tender asparagus… tomorrow the ribeye. You will feel comfortable in the wood paneled atmosphere with historic photos lining the walls. All overseen by the large rendition of Bullwinkle over the fireplace.”

“Incredible historical saloon that takes you back in time. The friendly bartenders are true artisans who know how to craft exquisite cocktails. The food is just as amazing as the drinks. Don’t miss this gem in the heart of Silverton!”

“I recently visited this historic saloon and had an unforgettable experience. The atmosphere was cozy and authentic, with a welcoming staff that made me feel right at home. But what really stood out was the elevated cocktail menu – each drink was a work of art, expertly crafted with unique flavors and top-notch ingredients. I could tell that the bartenders really knew their stuff and took pride in their creations. I highly recommend stopping by this saloon for a drink (or two), you won’t be disappointed!”

about us
Bar & Restaurant
For 125 years, the Grand Imperial Hotel has been a beacon of Victorian luxury, elegance, charm, and service throughout the Four Corners region. The hotel is a recently renovated, 40-room historic Victorian hotel on Silverton’s Golden Block in the heart of the San Juan National Forest and all its adventure and outdoor recreational offerings.
Originally constructed and opened in 1882 by New York perfume magnate and investor WS Thomson, the Grand Imperial Hotel and the Lacey Rose Saloon are excited to offer this unique opportunity to step back in time to the days of the Old West, when Colorado had just joined the Union and when Silverton was a thriving, bustling mining mecca.
