Dinner at Lacey Rose Saloon
Lacey Rose Saloon serves dinner in Silverton, Colorado, inside the historic Grand Imperial Hotel at 1219 Greene Street. The dinner menu features filet mignon, ribeye, pork chop, salmon, chicken-fried steak, half-pound burgers and hot sandwiches.
Dinner guests can begin with appetizers, soups or salads and choose from signature cocktails and a curated wine list. Dinner burgers and sandwiches are served with fries, with gluten-free bread and a black bean burger patty available.
Located just blocks from the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, the saloon pairs classic American fare with a restored Victorian setting, warm service and the character of an Old West mountain town.
